It may not be in the series because it is too new and they can't afford the licenses or something like that. But I'm positive that we'll see GL mecha in SRT games in the future.

They were able to fit Gunbuster and Evangelion in their games before, I don't see why they can't settle another copyright license with Gainax.

And yes, Gurren Lagann really is a matter of time.

Gurren Lagann is a big name series, something that they'll save it's debut for their most popular and main series of SRW games, like Gundam SEED Destiny in SRW Z. This is just an excuse for them to go all out with the really obscure stuff they could never get away with putting into the regular console SRW games with a cheaper, easier to make game.
