You need to open the SZS files in every file explorer, extract the model you want THEN open the extracted file in ohana.

afaik there is no way at the min to mod files that have animations as the repacking process strips everything out except the model + textures which means they will not work in game, so you will be limited to editing very minor stuff (generally stuff that has no animation, i.e tree's or something)
