Gaming Super Mario Advance 4: SMB 3 question

Hello all,

Just curious about a couple things.

1) is there a way to emulate the e reader to unlock everything on the E+ world
or
2) (probably an easier answer) Is there a game save for SMA4 that has all the E reader stuff unlocked?

I seem to recall an issue about there not being enough space, still the save was rather nicely uploaded to the downloads section it seems:
