Homebrew Super Mario Advance 4 - Save game is corrupted

I converted a SMA4 (specifically the Wii U VC release) .gba to .cia using Simple GBA to CIA Converter and installed it on my 10.7 N3DS. The problem is, after loading up the game, it says, "Your save game is corrupted!" and refuses to launch. I've Googled it, but I'm not sure how I would go about doing this for converting it to .cia so I can play it on my 3DS. Thanks in advance.

Fix the saving of the GBA ROM using GBATA's Convert to SRAM feature.

I didn't check on that ISO site because their search thing is crap. I actually researched for over an hour on this. F off m8.
