    I was browsing roms and I noticed there is the normal game and v1.1, whats the difference?

    Probably Bug fixes, but I would like to know the specifics.

    It might have a patch for it to work on some flashcarts or a firmware...

    A bunch of glitch fixes. For example, in 1.0 there's a major bug that prevents you from getting all 150 stars if you miss out on the Boos in the Courtyard star. Also, if you get hit by Klepto in the desert stage without your hat the game will freeze.

    Thanks for pointing that out. I had the old version. Glad I didn't get to the buggy parts.

    eh, I have the 1.0 cart and I missed the boos the first time, one of the toads just gives you 2 stars if you forget it.

    I prefer 1.0 mainly because when you longjump onto an enemy you bounce off with the same speed, in 1.1 you bounce off as if you did a regular jump.
    Don't really know why, but it pisses me off so much that they changed that
