I wrote a program. Like you to try it. Here it is: Free and opensource.

    ROM-JACKET.98b
Emulation Mapping for Title-Based ROM Management
    A universal ROM-library interface kit.

Uses the ROMs you have to download, install and auto-configure :
80+ supported consoles, computers and arcade machines
    50+ emulators
    8 HTPC frontends
Full HD backgrounds, high-quality icons, banners and preview videos for all supported consoles.
Localize each ROM's assets and configurations.
    Convert ROMs into executables:

To anyone hesitating to try it, it doesn't have any viruses according to Virus Total.

The code I write is available in realtime, in case anyone is worried about the new binaries.

Thanks man. I'm hoping to see a community list (a configuration file which can contain individual files within many torrents) appear to deploy a pack of roms, eg: All the Mario/Sonic/Streetfighters
The downloader I use is aria2, which has a robust featureset for torrents/magnets.
