IGN has updated their page with new video footage of the new DS Suikoden game. They also posted a very positive hands-on about how impressed they were. There's several videos located here:

Apparently, the game has a nice blend of 2d and 3d elements with some cool music and a considerable amount of voice acting. There also seems to be some sort of online wifi mode.
And if that don't beat all! The videos are in English! That's good enough confirmation of a US release for me!
