jolteon is mainly a silver bullet.... killing salamence and garchomps...
umbreon is a snorlax setup... though it should be obvious.

anyways, need help on improving it

1)If i am not mistaken, only 3 pkmns can enter battle tower at once, not six. So... choose correctly (=
2)I dont think your team can kill Blissey. And this pkmn is REALLY popular now. U should have any pkmn like machamp or "sleep-attacker"(like Gengar)
3)Look "1)' again. Only 3. that is why your team cant be rated now.
PS
U can load ALL HMs in 2 pkmns. Like... Aerodactyl+Bibarel. HM is a really... crap in battle tower. Dont use your BATTLE pokemons 4 them

I used to use two ubers in competitive battling before D/P (aka Netbattle). Nearly always won. But don't get me wrong, I ain't one who stacks a legendary party just 'cos they're stronger. I know about EVs, IV's, what are good strategies, and much more. It was just for testing, etc. see what base stats they hold, movesets, etc...I like to explore Pokemon.

I'm an team rater and (I don't like to brag, but eh!), there was this Pokemon Tournament in 2003 (in Europe), and I won (though there are much better players than me now, 2004, 05, 06 champs, etc....), but you can count on me (and other players here!) if you want your team rated.

I'm also looking to making an non-uber team for WiFi battling.

And remember, someone who users ubers CONVENIENTLY on Wi-Fi, Netbattle, doesn't mean he/she's a n00b. It does give you an advantage, but putting Arceus in your team is just plain silly (unless it's an uber battle). I also used to always play Unrated there.

My fav. Uber is Arceus (also my fav. Poke), but I don't use him, it's just for fun. Kyogre is one of my team ubers, but I'm looking to substituting that.

I'm still EV training first my other Pokes, though!

i mean, if i didnt cheat... itd have to be like...

make 100 Eevee eggs

hatch them
isolate the females
isolate the Timid Females
hold everstone

breed 100 Eevee eggs again

hatch them
isolate all the Timid nature
have female hold everstone

breed 100 Eevee eggs again

hatch them

Gather ALL the Timid Eevees
go get like 20 rare candies
use MetalKid's pokemon calculator to check the IV stats
and hope that it actually is a freakin HP ICE 70
repeat for all the other Eevees

.............. so as much as i want to.. i just as much dont want to -.-

and using an online calc is just as much cheating ... :/ since you shouldnt be able to do taht in the first place... heh

Yeah that makes no since that u think online calculators are cheating. Why shouldn't we be able to see the IVs of our pokemon? It's cheating if you hack for perfect IVs, not if you check them ( I mean, its not even like you have to mess with your game at all!)

You really HAVE NO IDEA what you're talking about. Don't give suggestions if you don't know ****

True. Blizzard sucks, it's accuracy is too low for competitive battling (so you base your win on luck). It has better power, but go for Ice Beam, which hits nearly every time (unless the foe uses an accuracy-lowering move).

As for Thunder, it's the same as above, and you really are screwed if the opponent uses Sunny Day, so I wouldn't even try Thunder.

It is great for Kyogre, though - as he summons rain when he enters battle, it has 100% accuracy. But ONLY for that Poke or if you use Rain Dance - still, I wouldn't recommend it.
