Suggestions for "MANI-PEDI" tools?

I was curious if anyone can suggest some tools. I looked around but I never bought stuff like this before so I figured someone here might know better. I'm looking for something of the Manicure and Pedicure variety (Mani-pedi) So far I seen the ped egg.

Weather or not it is good, I leave it to some of the people here to help with suggestions, there isn't any gender specific products right? All of us has the same kind of situations, so any suggestions would be nice. Trusted brand names helps.

Suggestions: manicure set, cuticle oil, skin cream, and one of those electric manicure drill things that looks like a tiny Dremel. If you get a decent one it also doubles up as a craft/modelling tool, so it's win-win.

As for gender-specificity, women's nail care includes polish and gel treatment and acrylic nails so that's a whole 'nother bag of products, and acrylic nails require a more heavy duty drill set which is even better for modelling and crafts.
