I actually found a Destiny Taken King console on ebay for $300 CAD (works out good for me as the guy was close to me and I received the console in 2 days). Beautiful console, came in a ps4 box with all accessories and a sealed Uncharted 4 game and a white controller.

I believe he has more available if anyone wants one. Comes with 2.51 or 3.11 firmware. A friend of mine also bought one and received it in 2 days. Both our consoles came with 2.51.

Came up to $342 CAD with taxes and shipping. Cheapest deal I've found a low firmware console yet and the guy is very good to deal with.

I can confirm that the package was new and sealed with the original tape, if not I didn't buy that and it was in 4.50.. I am sure of that

Any sealed PS4 FAT is <4.05

The PS4 of your pic is <4.05 too, because it have a P/N < P-27452396-K

I don't have any more the PS4 because the day after I bought it I sold it, but for sure the SERIAL was something greater than S01-2687xxxx, maybe starting even with S01-28... and that was the first thing that made me doubt whether it was right during the unboxing.

About to purchase a PS4 Pro (USA). I just want to make sure this is under 4.05. I'll provide all of the details I have:

P/N: I forgot what the guy said on the phone, but he confirmed it was not P-27452400 (I forgot if he said whether it was lower or higher)
Serial: S01-627xxxx

My question is - Am I correct in assuming if the serial for the PS4 Pro is less than S01-63458xx, then we're good to go, irregardless of the other info?

I doubt they will be that hard to get, and by the time they are the 5.x exploit could be released anyway.
