Near impossible to get a PS4 pro with lower firmware at a decent price and I also check the dev track releasing hack for new firmware and it looks like they are not in a hurry or care.

From the sounds of the most recent scene tweets, I wouldn't be surprised if the next kexploit wasn't until the PS4 firmwares stopped being updated on a regular basis. Even the PS3 FWs were updated this year, but not regularly. So, if my ass were to talk, it would guess maybe 2022 for kex release??

no, and it’s probably 95% accurate, I made it back when 5.5x OFW was new and 5.05 was hacked: so it still stands today.
