ROM Hack Suddenly unable to dump installed titles with godmode9

I have been backing up all my installed games, dumping them to cia with godmode9 with the "dump user installed titles" script. ive made it through about half my games when i suddenly got an error "insert Content failed". i went ahead and copied the games that had dumped successfully from my sd card and removed them, thinking maybe it was just an issue with free space. but then i got the same error again. so i tried a game i had already dumped, same error. whats going on here?

@d0k3 there seems to be the same issue reported on your github but no resolution. Were you able to identify the problem?
