Hacking Suddenly 3ds is not autobooting luma anymore.

So I was able to finish up to the last step. However I have one problem that is not showing any solutions on the troubleshooting guide. I have 2 CIA games that only showed up. For some reason the other CIA apps are not showing but. they are still in the micro SD. When I looked up on the FBI it just shows their title ID name not the name of the game itself. I don't know which part I went wrong.

What happens if you go into installed games in the system settings? Can you see the games?

I believe I already done this. But it doesn't say anything like restore titles or anything. Is it section IV that I should do again?

Essentially yes, along with the last two sections. If you already did it, you won't be able to do it again as the emuNAND will no longer be there.
