Hacking stupid question ,i see RE biohazard on CDNSP, what happens if i install it?

ok so i am still on 2.3.0 for now
but i was grabbing some NSP's for when i do update
and i noticed that there is a NSP for RE 7 biohazard
being that this is a unique gaem in that it is a cloud game i want to know what happens if i install it?
i mean will it run offline , or will it run online only ( i assume it will only run online since it just a client i am guessing and the game is ctually running on Capcom servers)
if someone were to run it online then would it be free? i have no idea how it work or how Capcom knows who paid
like is paid through the eshop and you get charged when you Dl and install it , or is it paid separately with a login or something
how does it work exactly and has anyone tried it?

yeah it is funny that it shows up in English on CDNSP though because i see a shit ton or games and they are all in Japanese text
i figuted it would have been in Japanese characters

The RE7 game covers in Japan have the name put in English.

I've tried it, doesn't work. may work with a VPN, don't know, didn't try
