Gaming Stuck on Super paper mario

Guys, can someone help me out, im on level 5-4 at the processing centre and ive noticed a couple of tunnels and doors which i reckon i need dottie for. I never came across dottie on level 5-1 and was wondering if theres any way of going back or should i not have found dottie yet. Please help coz its really doing my head in, cheers!

Dude I can't remember exactly what to do but I'd suggest going to http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/wii/game/933012.html

click the "King_Gamer2828" walkthrough and hopefully they'll give you more detailed info on where dottie is.
