Hacking StreetPass is always displayed at the top left after installing B9S + Luma3DS

For some strange reason, StreetPass always gets displayed in the top right corner in our home when I leave the 3ds wireless turned on, but I turn off our WiFi. It started when I installed b9s + luma3ds.

Yes, this is completely normal behaviour. If the 3DS isn't connected to any wireless network, it activates StreetPass.

But it started right AFTER I installed B9S + Luma3DS. And I have checked the StreetPass settings, there is nothing using it.

Just checked, removed all StreetPass titles on my 3DS and it still activates StreetPass. Unless you restrict it in Parental Controls, StreetPass will be activated every time Wireless Connections are turned on and you're not connected to any Wi-Fi network.

I think you are right, I do remember doing something with the parental controls, maybe I disabled restricting StreetPass.

Yeah, the other option is un-accepting the EULA. But that also means no online play.

I found a tool that lets you change the accepted EULA version, 0xFF for all versions, 0x00 for none. I'll just change the parental controls settings though.

SysConfigTool lets you do that. And yes, Parental Controls is the cleanest way and the only one if you want to play online.
