Misc Streetpass CIA to update Streetpass plaza?

hi there, iam on emunand 9.5 (with gateway) and tried to use streetpass but the the software wants to download an update and in order to do that it wants to update the system software to 9.6.

is there any way to download the update via cia?
i tried to download it through 3D NUS but couldnt get the title id right or something.

You can't download Plaza updates via 3dnus for the same reason you can't use it to download any other console-signed eshop title...

You'll have to steal acquire the update from unauthorized sources (protip: use a titlekey to cia downloader for faster acquiring)

There's not much point anymore, you can update emuNAND to 11.0 as long as your CFW (or Gateway) is updated.
