Hacking Strange problem with saves

Recently I noticed that first of my save blocks has no name and icon, and whenever I want to exit save screen my wii freezes. Any idea how to fix it?
I have 4.0U Wii with modchip cios 38 rev 17 and Truchabug.

There was another thread with someone with this same problem, you'd be best to see the outcome of that thread before you do anything.

iirc the only way to fix this problem was to format, unless someone had another solution, so search for that other thread.

I can't find that thread. Also I'm not sure if it's bannerbomb.

Look on your SD card and see if there's a SD:/private/wii/atkn/ folder on it

No there is no such folder. Also, I can't see saves on SD card (2GB and 8GB) couse system freezes as well. Should I format it?
Where to start?
