I've never even heard of Stealth, Inc, so I guess this news sorta snuck up on me.

The joke is that it has to do with stealth or something.

    CVG

They're making a game for the Wii U because there's a lack of games for the Wii U, but if they keep making games for the Wii U then there will be games for the Wii U and then there won't be the lack of games for the Wii U that drove them to make games for the Wii U and- oh dear, I've gone cross-eyed.

I'm not sure how the series is, but this should hopefully be a treat for Wii U fans. God knows you guys need one. ;)

Wow. Okay. Didn't see that one coming.

Will wait for the eventual PlayStation release.

"inb4" doesn't work if you actually aren't "in before" it.

Actually the Indie titles on WiiU are plentiful, actual AAA games on the other hand...

I can see this as an opportunity indeed, although I don't know if I'd go the exclusive route from the get-go and forget about the three Sony platforms they were releasing games for previously. It's sort of counter-productive - they built up a fan base on these platforms and now they're releasing the sequel on an entirely different one where they're the new kids on the block.

Still stuck in 2012 then? There are tons of games for the Wii U.

    B) I was joking about what the developer said in the excerpt I quoted (""There isn't much competition on Nintendo's store"). So, you know...

I like the original name better: Stealth Bastard.

Yay, now we'll have something to look forward to besides Mario Kart U and the (unannounced and likely to stay that way) Metroid U. I just hope this game isn't received the way Bayonetta 2 is (was). Maybe it'll escape that fate since it's being made by a indie company and not a giant corporation.

Yeah...same here. My first thought was "WTF? I've never heard of this game"...

    Followed by a "HOLY CRAP IT'S STEALTH BASTARD DELUXE!!! :D :D :D :bow::hrth:"

I picked that one up in one of my first humble bundles. And it was a freakin' BLAST. Interesting level design, awesome music, stealth without it being slow or boring, brutally hard in the good kind and it even featured a gladOS-like narrator.

I had no idea they were making a sequel and have even less of an idea why they're making it a wiiu exclusive (shouldn't they, y'know...bring the original to the eshop first? ). But I'll certainly pick this one up. :)

I genuinely laughed when I heard about this. I don't why but I find this hilarious.

    Rude much?

This is actually pretty cool, I didn't think Stealth Bastard Inc. would be getting a sequel.

For a game this small? I doubt it. Bayonetta 2 on the other hand...
