I currently have a N3DS with firmware 11.0 and Luma3DS installed to the SysNand. Followed Plailect's guide.
Im wondering if someone knows how I can return to use an EmuNand/Rednand with Luma3DS so I dont have to worry about upgrading to far.
Or is it safe to upgrade to FW 11.0+ aslong as I backup my current Nand?

If you have followed correctly the guide (you have installed A9LH), yep, it's safe to update the sysnand. No need to have emunands.

You can still use emuNAND, but it's not necessary. I have emuNAND on my separate SD Card for testing purposes.

Thanks for the answers. :)
But how would I go about to have an Emunand and still use Luma3DS?

Is it something like this?
1. Backup the content of my SD card.
2. Make a EmuNand/RedNand with Decrypt9WIP/Hourglass9.
3. Restore all files to the SD card.

Should I replace any files on the SD Card with the one from my backup if there were any duplicates?

If I were to do as above would all my saves and games still be there or would I have to reinstall?

I have done this:
1) Backup SD card
2) Use Emunand9 to setup EmuNAND/RedNAND choose complete setup.
3) Restore contents of SD, after Emunand9 it will be formatted so you won't have an option to replace anything.
4) If you want to unlink them, run tinyformat on one of them and complete system setup. Keep contents from step 1 as you may need to restore after this step.
