Start Menu Help

Okay, yesterday I'm suddenly not able to change ANYTHING in my start menu. Right clicking on an item does nothing so I can't rename or delete. I can't drag them to a different place. I can't even drag a new item to it as when I drag an icon over the Start button, I get a circle with a slash through it.

What is going on?

You're using Windows 95?

Edit: Just remembered:

Right-click the Start Button.
Goto Properties.
Click Customize.
If using Modern Start Menu, click the Advanced tab.
Check Enable Dragging and Dropping in the list.

Don't know how it got turned off but it fixed my problem.
