Hacking stargate 3ds ds mode on cfw 3ds not working

hi , i'm new , time ago i've bought the stargate 3ds , but for play different region games i decided to cfw the 3ds using the stargate itself , but now the stargate 3ds act weird in ds mode showing the glitchscreen like in this video , there is a way for get both cfw and a working ds mode on stargate ? i contacted support on theyr site too via mail but not got answers , hope the development team haven't abandoned the card also because they promised a 2.0 update but haven't seen it yet ...

also 1 little off topic , is possible use the usrcheat dat on ds mode on stargate ? i've noticed the folders are similar to most recent r4 but cheat folder were missing , i've read atm the card wasn't compatible with them , or even with r4 ds emulators ...

No thanks to Stargate that can't fix their own bug, you can use DS mode with a custom launcher. Start by reading here and here.

You should do yourself a personal favor by ditching Stargate and getting yourself a R4i 3DS Gold Plus or using TWiLight Menu++.

so stargate team is true that abandoned the cart ? was a good thing having a card that could emulate both 3ds and ds and r4 ds emulators all in one .... thanks

The Stargate 3DS is an overpriced, unsupported piece of junk. You can do everything the Stargate does by simply installing CFW, which unlinke the Stargate, is completely free

with only cfw you cannot play old ds games/roms , i wanted a card that could do both ( the loader that load ds games from sd seems is not compatible with all games and cheats are not possible if understood correctly ) , thats why choosed stargate istead of sky3ds plus , i basically modded the 3ds just for use different region games , or some games that couldn't be supported by stargate...

so is confirmed that is not supported anymore by theyr team ? anyone know also if the usrcheat.dat could be used ? i cannot test atm since ds mode not working

All you need to play DS games with the best compatibility is a 20$ DS flashcart

It could barely do both at launch and you technically can run DS Games either with another flashcart (I suggest R4i Gold 3DS Plus) or using TWiLight Menu++.
The team literally only had one release and that was the launch release for the firmware for the cart. They haven't updated the cart for close to a year now (mid-December will make 1 year.) The Stargate team (which is actually the Gateway team,) is never going to release an update for their cart. Save yourself the headache and stop using it, buy something better like the R4i Gold Plus.

well snce now i have it , wanted to try to use all of the features , anyone know if the usrcheat.dat worked ? and the ds r4 emulators ? ... didn't know stargate was made by gateway team , btw i was able to mod the 3ds only thanks to this card ( ntrboot was a bit more easy than the frogminer )

the 3ds mode istead anyone know if work with all games or some are still not compatible ? just for curiosity...
