Star Wars: The Clone Wars - Jedi Alliance, no question about it. One of the first games I've played on the DS, it has stunning visuals and it uses the touchscreen to the fullest extent in quite cinematic interactive cutscenes. The fighting sections can be a bit tricky, bur overall the game is a lot of fun - it's a shame we haven't seen more of those on the system.
