Yes Verbatim are the best quality DVD+R DL's.
They're used pretty much exclusively by the 360 modders. Not even the TDK/Ricoh touches the Verbatim's in terms of quality and coaster-likelyhood.
Kinda hard to utter the words "so where can i download this thing" and then expect to be ban proof by saying "dont ban me". If you know the rules, why do you break them?

No one knows for sure yet but in general DVD+R DL has better compatibility with most DVD-ROM drives than DVD-R DL. DVD-R DL's won't work with 360 games, and are far less common than their +R brothers.
Do not confuse DL discs with single layered discs, as DVD-R's are best for Wii backups.
