Hacking SSBB from USB

Hello all! After problems with my Samsung S2 i get WD My Passport Essentials. Everything works fine excep one game.

I Downloaded(i luv rapidshare

) Super Smash Bros Brawl NTSC released by WiiZARD and added it to drive.
1st try: Got black and white game running at full speed (USB Loader GX)
2nd try: I forced PAL 60 from loader settings and got no video or sound.
3rd try: After forcing PAL 50 I got color and sound but it's slowed down.
4th try: Used RegionFrii. WBFS Manager still shows NTSC. Tried everything like before and still got same problems.

I've got cIOS249rev16, hermes' v4 and PAL Wii.

Does I really need to buy retail disc?

Well if you have it on your HDD, you should like own the disc... right? Anyway try to find a PAL version of SSBB, games usually run better in the Wiis they were made for I think.
