Its funny because the topic is about the DL dump but people come here TO ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT THE SL DUMP (btw really stupid ones).

15% likely isn't safer. You're stopping the update mid way through it copying files to your machine. Because we can't see what it's doing there's no telling what it's leaving behind. It could potentially hinder future updates.
