It's working. Thanks a ton !
I was ok with region/language emulation but was indeed stucked at EULA.

I updated the games with the CIAs i found with my great friend google and all is working.

So indeed, there is no reason for region changing

Thank you again !

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
