• Test your SD Card.
• Install SYS-Patch 1.5.5 and reinstall your console
• Reinstall the title using a new dumping of the ROM.

For testing your SD Card you can use H2TESTW, download it from https://www.heise.de/download/product/h2testw-50539 and test your SD Card.

yeah but i cant test my sd card since i dont have a USB adapter for SD, i pass my files from pc to my switch via USB C whit the homebrew app USB File Transfer

you can use Hekate to mount the sd card as a UMS.

Sorry tell you, you have a damaged/deteriorated/trash card, replace for a new one, if is new ask for a refund.
