It takes 1,5min-6min to glitch (and very rarely it takes 5-30sec)
Its a Xbox 360 Slim Corona (mfg date 10/08/2011)

Why dont use an Ace Chip instead?

    Also, taken from another user:
A slim should not take longer than 10 seconds to boot. If it does take longer then we suggest changing the length of the CPU_RST wire. First try 40cm then 30cm and go with whatever the best results are. Only do this if you are successfully glitching to Xell reloaded. This is not meant as a fix for non booting consoles - this is boot time fix only.

Are you using the correct timing files?

Your best thing to do, its RE-RGH and make sure everything its ok, and if after reflashing the boot times are still slow, just change the chip to a better one maybe?

Can you recommend a shop that accepts PayPal and sells a Nand-x or Jr-programmer 2.

You could send it to me, can swap the chip out for a better one.
But I think @konsolenumbau.expert is closer to you then I am, tho he might cost more.

    Prices are always discussable :-)
    Thanks Dinoh .

Is this a squirt reloaded? Usually top boot times with this chip as it is not really a cheap one. But nowadays I take ace v3 as well cause of the dynamic timing files bla bla.

As i stated before, i do prefer the ACE chip v3 as well, its insta boot to 5 seconds on here.

And i think the console (south bridge) is a bit damaged too because the dvd drives opens itself so i just unplugged the dvd drive.

Today it only took 15secs to boot (glitch) weird.

it´s always different boot times as the hack is called glitch wich is indicating its NOT a straight sience. So switching boottimes is just normal. I always say everxthing under 45sec is good.

But with an Acev3 and with 15´s timing files usualy you come nearly to instant.
