The point is moot in this case, because while not every person is a terrorist/maniac/murderer, every person has a skeleton inside, so code yellow is fully justified.

Every person, though there might be some born without them. Also my mate Phil is probably more metal than skeleton after the practical demonstration of objects in motion and external forces using the motorbike and a wall. Various animals are more cartilage than bone, not to mention plants.
