Hey all. Im running RX-E 9.5..0 on my N3ds. I want to spoof to 10.5 so IU can access the e-shop and play games online. How do I go about this? Thanks.

You can use Hans or you can use Cakes/Rienand cfw for now. Personally, I have Cakes meanwhile Rxtools 3.0 gets released.

It's been available. You are only looking at rxTools news. RxTools doesn't support it right now as they are trying to port their features to the new firm.
10.5 emuNAND on new3DS is supported using most CFWs eg. CakesFW, reiNAND and Gateway.
