No, the ISO will not come out for a long time because if you read before, it can't be read by an LG drive.  It also includes an update of 3.1J which makes modded wiis useless.

Some people are even having trouble playing a real copy on a non modded wii.

But weren't they obtained from beating classic, adventure, and allstar with that character?

Exactly what Shadowboy said. The fact you obtain it like any other trophy and not from actually playing them pretty much is a kick to the face, realizing that Mewtwo isn't playable. I have said screen if you want to see it.
