apparently, Abraham and Glenn are the only characters from the group who only appears in the first episode so far (amongst all episodes already filmed). The theory? Abraham was killed by Negan's Lucille. Glenn tryed to intervene and got killed. It's already confirmed that more than one character died in the first episode.
