NightFox has released an update to Spirits DS, this release features the ability to move about the castle. Up next is the game's story!

Spirits DS is a remake for the Nintendo DS game based on the popular game SPIRITS from TOPO SOFT who in 1987 made this game for MSX, Spectrum and Amstrad 8 bit computers . The project’s goal is to make a remake and keep the spirit of the original, but adapted to the possibilities of the Nintendo console.

This game is really pretty -- even in its alpha state. I have a real sense of nostalgia for this even though I never owned any 80's PCs.

Let's hope NightFox adds English language support for this.
