Touchscreen solitaire goodness

Spider Solitaire fans rejoice, JessTicular has released Spider Solitaire DS 2.0.0. This great time filler is controlled via the touchscreen.



Here is the changelog:

- Cards are now highlighted when selected

- Added Cheating (Press A)

- Added Undo (Press B)

- Dragging cards now only 'jump piles' when dragged wholely over an adjacent pile. This improves the accuracy of dropping cards.

Been trying this, patched it to work on the R4. It does look a good game but needs work for various bugs. It does let you put cards of the same colour and suit that are 1 number below the above card. Hopefully the next version will be more like the windows one. Looks promising though.

in spider solitaire you have to group cards of the same suit. but you can also put cards of different suits below the top card as long as it is one number below.

It's good to hear people playing and enjoying games I've made.

There is now v2.0.1 out, which has a small bugfix (long piles of cards wrapped around the top), and is compiled under devKitPro r20 and the latest libnds.

There are instructions (the rules) for playing Spider Solitaire on my website, but if you do a quick google search, you can find plenty of sites that tell you just exactly how to play (and some good tips and tricks).
It's fairly simple, no harder than normal solitaire, just a different game.
