What's the spelling mistake you make most often without realizing it?

For me it's definitely the dreaded '.xom' [IMG]

(does this even count as a poll? [IMG])

not exactly a spelling mistake, but I always forget to capitalise "I"s, I guess that's what happens when you learn to touch type on a program that automatically corrects things like that

other than that, I have a built in spell-checker in my web browser.

I used to get slightly dyslexic when writing lowercase d's and g's - and somehow it started leaking into my typing [IMG]

Nowdays I tend to catch all of my errors as they happen (typing without looking at the keyboard helps, and being a perfectionist kinda sucks at times - it balances out)

The one I find the most funniest for me is I spelt "knai" instead of "lmao" before when I was talking to friends on MSN, and they are all wondering how I typed that out instead of "lmao". And I always forget to capitalize "I"s too.

I never make spelling mistakes. And when I say never, I literally mean never. And when I do make a mistake, it never ever happens again.

Hmm I usually spell things wrong, even though I literally spell the best at my school. ( I honestly can't be bothered to find those mistakes and correct them.)

Well, as you've conquered spelling, you could try improving your grammar. Never start a sentence with a conjunction; your punctuation also needs work. I've highlighted the offending conjunctions and added the missing comma in red, for your edification. [IMG]

Just kiddin' - uber nit-pick FTL

I've always had a knack with spelling, but my grammar and punctuation, not so much (I'm not quite sure the semicolon above is proper usage, for instance). I'm always working on improving, though. Been at it for decades now... bloomin' language. [IMG]

Never start a sentence with 'and.' You can start one with 'but,' but not 'and' or 'or.'

Seperately. I fucking hate this god damn word. I've never heard anyone pronounce it with an A instead of E. So why isn't is spelled like such?
This is the only word that I always both type AND hand-write incorrectly

Of course, tautologies like "never, ever" are bad English too.

Every now and then in English class we have a spelling bee. Last time, I got every word but paraphernalia. [IMG]

I lol at natives' difficulties when it comes to writing. Also, all those "spelling" contests... Anyway, some of you -OP included- are referring to typos rather than spelling mistakes.

Another one I constantly make on IRC is 'bll' as opposed to 'bbl'.

    Damned repetitive abbreviations [IMG]
