Hardware Speaker Channel for Daigasso released?

According to a site(Which a lot of you probably know of...) says that the channel has been dumped, but the only find I can see is on some torrent channels. No DDL :/
Would someone check if it's true?

Also, the torrent pack is about 163MB, filled with several DS games.
