Homebrew Soundhax on O3ds v11.0.0-4U

Hi, I just got an old 3ds with fw v11.0.0-4U. I noticed that the lowest otherapp payload i can download is with browser version x.x.x-7. Can't I use soundhax? Tia.

Just buy SmileBASIC I guess, it's pretty cheap, lets you make fun little games, and has a primary exploit for your system version.
