Hacking soulcalibur legends ntsc on pal problem

when i play it, i get black bars on top and bottom of the screen. also the videos are playing on the bottom of the screen and seem like some is cut off?

running pal 60hz wii.

soulcalibur legends is ntsc (patched with brickblocker)

i have one other ntsc game (MOH:H2) which i've borrowed from a friend and there is no black bars and videos play correctly (although he probably patched it already)

help!!!!?

i think everyone had the same problem, i don't think the video is cut off it's just pushed down so the top bar looks thicker than the bottom one. i had top and bottom black bars too, but the video was always out of synch for me during cutscenes and the like
