I know this topic is somewhat repeated, but that one was whether you would like to see a monster hunter 3DS as there was a rumor.

Now that E3 is coming up, do you still have high hopes for a monster hunter 3DS? Or do you think it is not possible anymore?

I myself am quite a fan of monster hunter, so I'm keeping my hopes high for E3.

Please poll (no nasty comments please)!!

I predict next year.

Capcom still has two Resident Evil titles and a Mega Man title for development.

I never really played MH. I did not like it as well on the Wii.

It freezes every time I try to load a profile with a soft and not so loud ahhhhhh sound.

But we need to think realistic. Capcom is busy. if their they end up good with the 3DS this year in profit. Then yes.

I'm really not a fan of Monster Hunter's combat and camera scheme (I understand the combat is supposed to be like that, but I just don't like it), but I think a touch screen + analog input would be great for item management and such - definitely easier than the PSP's method. The NGP would probably have the easiest time with it though, having both a touch screen and another analog stick. Though, I do think the depthness of the 3D would help with aiming and hitting monsters.

MH3 Wii was annoying, as it had terrible controls, resolution, etc. On a handheld, it'd be the perfect RPG.

what exactly is so great about monster hunter? (i don't mean that in like a mean way)
I've must have "acquired" it on PSP a million times and I CAN NOT see what the fuss is about. Some guy online told me its better to play with friends. Which I did. And it didn't seem any better. Maybe it's like marmite...

I really this that it will come out sooner or later.

and this game isnt for everyone, you either totally love it... or hate it with your life.
most players that hate it, usually hate it beacuse they can't get used to the controls.

but this game is just addictive because of the items gathering,
and hunting for really big monster wich sometimes can take up to 50 minutes for 1 single large beast
