Another week, another whiney Sony employee...

It's just like stating the obvious really... Porting a game to a technically better console, improve it. Two steps DONE! >_>

    It's okay.

We don't want you(sony) to have our good games anyway

    Where rockets don't fall.
They just don't want the tons of shovelware the Wii has.

I don't mind ports but sometimes they are just bad.
example: in "Prince of Persia - Two Thrones" on the PC the tutorial tells me that I have to move the left analogue stick and press the A button (or was it X ).

Port are inevitable but at least make the damn effort if you are porting stuff.

actually this is a rather good statement by sony saying

we may have this vibrator controller like the wii, but we don't want you to just put wii games in to a PS3

WII shovelware is a conspiracy, Sony probably funded shovelware companies to crowd shelfspace with dogshit titles so sony fanboys could hoot and holler while huge titles for wii get ZERO PUBLICITY, ZERO COMMERCIALS (ever seen a Dead Space: Extract commercial ? Ever seen a Muramasa commercial ?)

I bet they will soon change their minds once the move starts failing.

Most early Wii shovelware originates from PS2 anyway (remember that Popcorn/DDI invasion of titles?). Blame Sony for not stopping it on the PS2. [IMG]

Nintendo wouldn't allow them to port any of the good games in the first place. Just another attention-grabbing statement to try to get people to show any interest in Move. Copying an extremely successful company's idea, then denouncing it before you get yours off the ground is just dumb.

The Move controllers work because of the camera.

It is difficult to stop shovelware. Remember Nintendo's stance on the N64? And look how that turned out.

Bullshit. If they could do that there wouldn't be a PS3 "Section 8", or "Lair" or "Damnation" yadda yadda yadda.

Sony can talk, but ultimately they'll allow whatever games on their system that will make money. And as much as most shovelware is stupid bullshit, it does sell. It's cheap, it shuts kids up, and there are more stupid parents/soccer moms in the world than intelligent, discriminating consumers.

However, it's a moot point. The Move is never going to achieve a really wide market penetration, anyway. That's what attracts shovelware in the first place. The PS3 doesn't have that, and compared to the Wii it's a pain in the ass to develop for.
