Will the movie will end with the original PlayStation kicking both their asses?
It will end with Playstation saving the world and a montage of Kaz Hirai gifs.
Ah the Greatest Console War in History.......As a Survivor i remember Fondly my Trips to FuncoLand and KayBee Stores wanting to quench my Thirst for Gaming Scouring Bargain Bins and amassing a good sized Battalion for Each Faction Damn i feel Old.......
If Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg are at the helm I imagine this will be a film full of dick and weed references...
sadly Wii U isnt making any money for Nintendo... maybe this movie will make some money for them.
They already made an anime about pretty much the same thing.
The anime was based on a western girl's story actually, it was a pertty nice anime imho. =3
^Maybe I'm missing something here but what does that have to do with sega vs nintendo?
Nintendo is what Genesisn't!
Anyway, I expect bias when the PSX/PS1 joins the console wars.
"Both Nintendo and Sega were losing the userbase to Sony's Playstation."
"Sega met its ultimate fate when the PS2 was released" or something like that.
Are they just talking or they are already working on it. What does Nintendo have to say about this?
Pretty sure that if it's going to be a semi-documentary piece, Nintendo has no say.
lol thats funny a Nintendo/Sega documentary made by Sony oh the Irony
But that's true.
That is not ironic.
The Nintendo/Sega/Playstation story is very interesting i'm glad to see a professional documentary about it.
Explain the irony.
Aghh, it is becoming clear... I'm starting to see Sony's angle now.
Is Seth going to be smoking drugs in this film somewhere? I guess so.
well it's about Sega and Nintendo and a 3rd company Sony (whom also does video games/consoles) is Producing it, duh
It would be cool if they told what happened in CES '91, but of course they won't do that
To be fair, I'd be completely satisfied if this turned into some weird prequel to This Is The End, except instead of the apocalypse, it's the collapse of Sega's console division. Get the same cast together and you're golden!
That is not ironic.
