Sony bringing 18 new Vita games to TGS

im quite sad that "The Last Guardian" didn't make that list - i really thought it would DEFINITELY make that list, especially the fact that this is the TGS; also no MGS:Rising, fuck you Kojima

- guess ICO and SOC will do. Also Ni No Kuni / yaaaaay.

As for the Vita list - nothing interesting at all; for me at least - i really wanted to see more LBP ... but this being TGS it's understandable.

Is that just an announcement for FF Type 0 in Japan?

Why would we need an announcement for a game that already has a release date?

Unless you mean an overseas announcement, I hope so. Kinda hope its brought over here on the Vita to be completely honest. Mainly because it'll get pirated to hell and back if it were to be released overseas on the PSP.

That didn't stop them from releasing a ton of other games on the system.

I really can't remember the last time a Final Fantasy game (outside of International versions) didn't get localized. My brain is probably blanking but a lot of FF games get localized, spin offs and main series.

I honestly think it'll launch as some Vita title possibly. Maybe like FF Type-0 HD or something, then just launch here as "FF Type-0".

Sony has also said there will be 40 PS Vita titles on display (including trailers and demos) and 80 Vita demo units out and about.

Maybe I'll get one of these when it comes out. Havent really looked into it much.
Looks like some of these titles are dope. Definitely one to look out for in the future. I'm going to
have to check out the new Ipod when that comes out too. Now that somebody ripped mine
off I dont have one anymore. Ipod5g or PSP Vita?? Touch choice. lol!!!

Half of those games are just going to be ports. Sony seem to have an issue with originality.

I actually don't think Sony has any ports lined up for the Vita currently, the current list of Vita ports are by third parties (Persona 4, Disgaea 3 or something, SFxT, etc).

I think they're trying to hit with more than ports, Sony actually wasn't behind a terrible amount of PSP ports (most of them were, you guessed it, third parties), unless my mind is completely blanking.

Well to be fair, Disgaea Ports to the PSP generally added alot (or at least D2 did), and Persona 4 might as well be called a remake without upgraded graphics, it's basically a Persona 4 FES.
