Hacking Sonic Unleashed, can it set English subtitle and Japanese voice ?

In the game's option, it can be changed the game's Language.
But it will change subtitle and voice at the same time.
Is there any ways to set the game in English subtitle and Japanese voice ?

If is not possible on the options menu of the game, then you need to create a patcher that does that for you...!!!
