Pros-
- Fast, enjoyable gameplay
- Tons of replay value
- Good camera
- Good controls that-once you get used to them-work with the game nicely
- Story that is funny on purpose
- Enjoyable multi-player
- Japanese voices available

Cons-
- English voice actors
- Annoying helper Shahra
- Some level up powers seem like they “should have been available from start”

Well just hope its finally a good sonic game. Did anyone besides me and my friends actually like the Sonic Adventure Games (1 &2)? WE thought they were the bomb.

I liked them, My 10 year old son loves them.
I was sooooo excited when I got my launch day Dreamcast with Sonic Adventure 1.
That XBOX 360 Sonic is god awful though, I can't stand it.

Good, its not just us. Yeah the Adventures had mixed reviews. Choa's were awsome.

I couldn't get past the demo for the 360 Sonic. The controls felt all wrong and didn't feel like Sonic.

EDIT: just realized your avatar is Sonic

SA1.... was okay, I only liked the boss battles against the various Chaos forms.
SA2 was great, almost as good as the 2D sonic and Knuckles (best game in series)
SH was fun, the level design was great, but the whole "team" element ruined it.

Secret Rings... looks decent, but no where near the Genesis games in terms of goodness.

I liked them too. Well, Sonic's levels anyway. The first level in SA2 was the best level in the whole game lol. Ironically, it was the only level included in the demo that came with Phantasy Star Online. So, even though I have the full version, I still find myself getting crunk playing the demo over and over again

I still don't really get the 2D Sonic games... Haven't tried any 3D ones until now. I wonder if I'll enjoy this one. I'll only get it if it gets lots of praise, though.

Sonic and the Secret rings looks pretty good but I'm gonna wait and see what the reviews say. SA 1 and 2 were okay... some levels were good though a lot were unenjoyable. Sonic Heroes was kinda naff and I havn't dared touch Shadow and the recent Sonic on PS3/Xbox 360.

I want to see Sega go back to basics and make a fully blown (preferably 3D) Sonic game in a 2D perspective on a console... that would rock. =)

Sonic Adventures starting with 2 pulled me more and more away from ever buying a Sonic game again actually. SA2 while nice some of the 'team' stages were aggravating, but the real killer was the horribly buggy stages for Tails/Robotnik falling through random floors to die and the really bad collision on the final boss. Sonic Heroes was my last buy of the series after falling through walls consistantly in some stages, especially that casino looking place with the bingo like ramps I'd constantly fall through more than 1/2 the time which pissed me off to no end and the team stages were substancially worse ...again in both cases only Sonic stages being decent. Then you get that horrid Shadow game out there I gladly ignored and I'm basically now skeptical of anything out of Sonic Team as they're clueless how to code something that A) doesn't suck to some degree and B) never left the beta test stage before going in the box.

No trust anymore, and even if this sucker racked in an average of anywhere between 8-10/10 I still wouldn't pay more than $30 for it out of the trust issue and their production habits at Sega. Ive wanted this game but I just can't stomach dropping $50 on another Sega project ever again especially out of Sonic Team.
