Sonic Advance not saving on EZ Flash Omega

So I have a EZ flash omega on a DS Lite (modded to only play GBA) and I been trying to play to Sonic Advance but sometimes it doesnt save my game. I have been trying to find a fix for this. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks in.... Advance (heh).

First of all, sonic advance can be saved on EZ-FLASH OMEGA normally.

You need to check the following things:
1. The firmware and kernel on the card is the latest version, both version are 9 for now.
2. The ROM is clean or not. you can check the rom md5 hash with any rom list on the internet. or use advance gba tool check the rom patched or not.

I had this issue, set the save type to SRAM 32kb and it should work fine.
