ROM Hack Some who speak chinease can translate this?

Someone who knows chinease language can tell me what i have to do for make this cheat functional, is for Inazuma Eleven Galaxy but in the game it doesn't work because I dont know what I have to do, pls help;

訓練點數999 (請於獲得點數後在按,加完後在重新獲得點數在按 ,反覆...若是多按可能會退不了升點畫面,若是在沒有使用金手指的狀況下在對已經到達上限的角色進行點數分配會導致無法退出升級畫面)

Only click after receiving points, this may be repeated after receiving points again. If clicked multiple times, the game may freeze at the level up screen. If attempting to allocate points to a maxed out role without cheats enabled, the game may freeze at the level up screen.

Presumably the cheat is triggered by a certain key combination, you should only use the key combination on the results screen after gaining points naturally in-game or something (I have never played this game and have no idea how it works) and should never press it more than once per results screen.
