Hacking Some wads won't install?

I have a hacked 4.2U wii which I followed a guide here to get...and Doc Louis' punch out won't install I understand it needs IOS53 which I have and still no dice
Using WAD manager 1.5 and it freezes when trying to use IOS249
Any help would be appreciated
