some newer homebrew doesn't recognize my remote

    hello there,
    I've encountered a strange problem since weeks and I don't know what to do.
    on some homebrew (mostly on new homebrew) my wii is able to start the app but as soon as the app is loaded I can't use my remote anymore (it's a genuine).
    examples are all emulators (fce ultra gx, snes9xGX, wii64, vbaGX) and the wiimc mediaplayer. on some apps there's gc controller support.. so I can navigate or play with my gc controller..... but only on some and this unfortunately isn't a solution for ever... [​IMG]
    currently I just use older versions of the emulators.. they work flawlessly... wiimc doesn't work since the first version.

    is there anything known to solve this bug/problem? what I do wrong?

    Try re-syncing with the red buttons.

    Try resyncing it in the Wii menu (using the red buttons)
    And make sure the battery is good

    Why would you care?
    Same thing for me on the USB loader gx.
