Some games not working on xkey

I don't know why but some games are not recognized as games but as DVDs, and instead of playing the game it just shows the xbox 360 logo with the media player interface, or it plays the game's logo video. It did it for Halo ODST and for every first xbox games I tried, even though they are .iso format

Yes, but Xbox 1 games are not recognized as Xbox 360 games, and for Halo 3 ODST, stealth check and autofix both fail

You might need to rebuild your Halo 3 iso.
As for the original Xbox titles, I never tried anything with them, sorry.

ABGX can rebuild ISOs if you set it to it.
